I have successfully introduced award-winning products, built and managed high performance teams, and grown new businesses to profitability in B2B and B2C environments. Needless to say, I had great fun!

Prior to that, I led Quantum’s pioneering effort into the Personal Video Recorder segment (Tivo), establishing its leadership with more than 70% market share worldwide. As Regional Director, I grew an $800M business across 10 European countries and led HP to become Quantum’s largest customer.
